Establishing a structure
The organisational structure and hierarchy will be established and will include the defining of the roles and responsibilities associated with this structure. This ensures all communication and correspondence is delivered to the right people with no delays.
The statement of requirement
Certified written statement of requirements (SOR) produced by the client. The SOR will contain all areas that the client wishes thinksolution to address. By producing the requirements, Clients are always in the driving seat of the project at hand.
The Project Plan
The Project Plan is a vital part of the project initiation stage. It is well defined, easy to understand and easy to complete, thus enhancing the level of success of the project.
The Quality Plan
Every project undertaken by thinksolution has an associated quality plan which is presented as a section in the project plan. It is created for monitoring quality standards that exist in project engagement and delivery. The quality plan is delivered as its own set of elements and can contain various sub-sections.
Project control and reporting
Our project management methods have been tried and tested over and again. We do not aim to re-invent the wheel, we simply deliver the necessary actions within the defined terms of agreement.
Control procedures are in place to reach project milestones, reporting to you at regular intervals to highlight any deviations or measures that are present. Our prime objective is to protect the integrity of the project at all times. This can involve taking remedial actions (with your approval) to correct potential problems or taking risk avoidance measures.
Project Completion
Projects are completed once the client has given full approval. Follow up actions are in place to complete any extra requirements. Projects are debriefed and the final completion report round off our approach and delivery of another successful project.
